Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products should be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Trends Attire.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Discounted or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Customized or personalized products.
- Damaged items caused by misuse or improper handling.
Return Process
- Submit a Request: Contact our customer support team at support@trendsattire.com or+91 9227112903 with your order details and reason for the return.
- Approval Confirmation: Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.
- Ship the Product: Pack the item securely and ship it to us. The shipping cost for returns will be borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund and it will be credited to original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return?
- Email us at info@trendsattire.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.
- Ship the product back using a reliable courier service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
- After approval from our end for the return of the product you need to send back the product within 5-7 business days on the address provided by us with you on mail.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process based on availability.
- Within 3-5 business days we will pick up the old product & deliver the new product within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
